Can you restore a map on my device?

in Devices using TomTom HOME
I wanted to update my Europe map on my TomTom XL device and when i did it, the new map did't work and i didn't know that i need to backup my old map and now my device don't work. Can you help me?

    @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up on Monday.....
    If the Map is still available on the Tomtom servers, allocate the Map to your device .....

    Thank you Vikram. I login to my TomTom Home and connect my device but when i check for update it is just loading for a long time. I uninstalled TomTom Home and installed it again but it is the same. What should i do next?
