Item was not valid after installation

Hello.
I get the ''Item was not valid after installation: Scandinavia'' when I try to install the update on my old TomTom One IQ Routes navigator. Also, it deleted my old maps so I'm not able to use this device at all. What should I do?

    @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up on Monday.... If the old Map is still available on the Tomtom servers, the Map can be allocated to your device....

    Welcome to the community! The map has been reactivated for your TomTom. Just remove the existing map first and then try installing a fresh map offered as an update using TomTom HOME.

    Map reactivated for your TomTom, just remove the existing map first and then download a fresh version offered as a download.
