Update tom tom in my RV motorhome

Hi - hope somebody can help. I am from Australia and have recently purchased a motorhome - AVIDA Birdsville with Fiat setup.
It has a navigation system as part of the motorhome with a screen that has radio, phone options including NAV (Navigation) option and included is access to a TomTom device.
When I go to use it the only things that happens is it is set to use Europe only and I need to update the maps for Australia ? How do I do that please.

When you check the current Map you may find it is not a Camper map but a Car based map.

Welcome to the community! I would recommend that you check with your car dealer to see if the maps are available from them.
Map that we sell via our mapshop- https://www.tomtom.com/en_au/drive/maps-services/shop/travel-map/ are subject to device compatibility.

Hi thanks so much for your response - its no really which map to use its if I did have an Australian map to download to my device how would I do it ?
Do I use a computer or some other device ?
I have spoken to the dealer and they are not very helpful at this time.
