No option to change map zone in Mydrive connect

Hi, I recently moved to Greece from Germany and would like to change the life time map zone in my Start 50/5. In Mydrive Connect there's no option available. Is there another way of changing the map zone?

Welcome to the community! I reviewed the logs for your TomTom START 50. The comes with Central Europe map update, and the countries covered include both Germany and Greece.

At the moment, I don't see any maps installed on the internal memory of the device..

Could you try clearing the cache in MyDrive Connect and then try downloading the map? See steps on our support article here- https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013959859

Hi and thanks for the info. I still can't see Greece on my map at all. I have reinstalled the map after I cleared the catch. I will reset it and take it for another spin.

Hi, Greece is definitely not in the map zone of Central Europe 1. Any way I can change it to include Greece on my Life Time Map?
