GO 5100 login to MyDrive via Navigationsystem not possible

in TomTom Services
i am located in Austria and since middle of january / think after the last firmware i had a issue that the system constantly started new or freeze. than i disconnected to MyDrive (live traffic) and now i am not able to login anymore to this service.
any hint or is this service for Austria not longer available ?

    Mydrive is a website unrelated to the Tomtom traffic service.

    On My Drive, log in with the same credentials as you Go 5100.

    If you have problems connecting to Tomtom traffic service, reset the device to factory settings.

    in settings the third item is myDrive
    1 setting "trafffic..." activated
    2 "radarcameras. activated.
    3 mydrive : no login (enter same credentials as my drive on Computer, which works ) = password or user wrong.

    as i have current no lifetraffic available i guess it have somehting to do with not connected mydrive on the Navigation system.
    anyhow reset to factory settings could be the last option if someone can guarrantee that when i run than all updates of the firmware the stuff works.

    On Mydrive you must log in with the same identifiers (email + password) as your Go 5100 account.


    Mydrive lets you save your saved locations and routes to your Go.
