Renewal of Live Traffic

I have paid for a years "Live Traffic", my account information says that the payment was successful and the money as left my bank, but all screen information states the date of when it first expired and no way to contact Tom Tom to speak to a human! Any ideas, am I doing something wrong? GPRS is also functional...
