Go 40 - Since last System Update, Screen Touch not working.

Hi all/TomTom support,

Problem:
Since the last System Update on this device, the touch screen has become completely unresponsive.

Steps taken:
a. Have completely reset device to factory defaults.
b. Removed and reinstalled map.
c. Replaced screen with a new known working one.

Findings:
a. Carrying out the above steps has not solved the problem.
b. Creating a route online and sending to device works fine.
c. TomTom Connect recognises the device and can perform map etc. updates.

Is there a way to revert to the last System version? Has anyone experienced the same problem and knows how to correct it?
