Problem with maps

in Map purchase & installation
Keep getting message "you can't use this map on this device: Scandinavia-479"

Tried everything, updating maps on tomtom home etc. Plz help.

    Welcome to the community and sorry about my late reply! A map has been activated for your TomTom, please remove the existing map first and download a fresh version using TomTom HOME.
