Device software not updating (GO 6000).

Hi,
Following frequent crashes and the device sometimes failing to boot, i decided to do a system restore.
All seems well now except that the device appliction version is 20.100.0001.311, whereas previously it was the latest version. Also the MyDrive connect software does not show any nav4 updates.
I have cleared the cache etc, but I cannot seem to update the software. This maybe because (I'm not sure if this is how it works) my account would show the device as having previously been updated....
Is there a way to manually force it to check for device software updates?
