RECOVERY JUST NOT WORKING - 6250

I have a red triangle with red x connect to computer sign this started today out of the blue.
Ive tried all the support & videos, I am absoutley fuming, this is the 2nd time my 6250 wont work following an update
I cam only see the connect to computer sign. I've recovered 20 times, i've checked connections, gone to preferences as i'm on a Mac, etc etc
I drive a 44 tonne lorry & my tom tom is essential, once it was only loaded with car maps and tom tom had to load truck map onto the device, i mean what the hell is going on. I paid @ £400 the after care is appalling. I cant even find the contact us link.
Ive commented before how bad the service is.
I just want to speak with someone ASAP, I can't even contact them this is an absolute joke. I dont recommend tom tom to tother drivers the support is very bad.

    Welcome to the site....
    It looks like Recovery Mode has initialized on your device.....
    When in Recovery Mode... The device MUST be capable showing as CONNECTED using MyDrive Connect + Connected over a USB Cable to your PC for the Recovery process to complete....

    Once Recovery Mode is initiated, and a connection to MDC is NOT established... Recovery Mode will continue to attempt to connect to MDC until the Server eventually times-out
    Any attempts at a Restart... The device, will continue to display a Splash screen with Image of a PC and a Red Cross or a Screen displaying a Spinning disc, until Recovery mode can establish a connection to MyDrive Connect or the Server eventually times-out

    Perhaps during an update, the computer shut down due to lack of battery

    You can try to reinstall the software from the program

    I’m a professional person, no the computer did not die. I’m a qualified teacher with post grad qualifications I think I’ve done all the basics, I was looking for a bit more useful comments thanks anyway

    Thanks Faz Man, that's basically what happened
    Tom Tom Support have sent me a UPS label to send to Romiana.
    I started another post on here (cant believe its being sent there) and I have to wait around a week to get it back now or they'll replace it if they cant fix it.

    They've brought out the new expert, im wondering whether to get that although at the end of a year i'll have to pay for speed camera & maybe traffic updates on subscription, another money spinner for them.
