TomTom banned updates for my VIA 130 and GO 2505M because they haven't been updated for 6 years

    If the models were sold with free map updates for the lifetime of the device, then those updates haven't stopped yet.

    Both my TomTom devices have lifetime maps update service, btw. I'm able to update maps on my devices but not navcore. I asked to fix this, but I was told we can't do anything with it because you haven't updated the devices for a long time. Also, I asked to transfer me to a tech specialist and was told that nobody can fix it. I saw several posts that customers were able to update navcore manually by themselves tired to wait until tomtom fixes the issue.
