Unfortunately watch fell from strap housing in a shower hit concrete, screen may have delaminated and water may have got in. Now screen is blank (though shows solid dark line around perimeter if charging attempted), no connection remote or cable. not under warranty. I guess its breathed its last but just wondered if anyone had any experience of repairs etc? Thanks

TomTom does not offer a repair service, and TT Sports went out of business over 4 years ago anyway, so the watches are obsolete. It is dead, toss it and buy a new watch (obviously from a different brand as TT Sports no longer exists).

Secondhand these TomTom Spark 3 / Runner 3 are a real bargain.

There is a reason for that, they are obsolete and were very limited in features in the first place. If you want to buy an unsupported, outdated, obsolete product go ahead, but as they say "buy cheap, buy twice".
