I am finding it imossible to speak to someone at TomTom. The contact us box just flashes in any brow

The contact us box just flashes in any browser. I renewed my Speed Camera subscription. but keep getting "Expired" on device. What has happed to the days when I could call and speak to someone on the phone?

    If the purchase is recent wait a bit

    At the time of purchase, did you correctly enter the account identifier?

    since covid 19, there is no longer a phone

    Hi @EstherC

    Since the start of Covid there has been no Phone line service to TT Customer Support. There is a Chat facility during normal working hours Mon/Fri or a message option 24/7.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Support Box appears and at the bottom with a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser and/or clear the cookies etc.

    The Chat box flashes in any browser and is totally unusable. As for "account identifier" I was signed into my tomtom account

    Just tried it on my Iphone and got the email them option as it is too early for Chat.

    I was signed in to the forum when I started but when I clicked on Support the next webpage required me to log in.

    Try clearing cookies etc on your PC and on the very odd occasion if I have an issue I turn my PC off/on.

    Ps just tried again at 10.12am. Tapped the Envelope icon then typed Contact in box at bottom then Tapped Live Chat and was offered next to connect to agent

    For Tomtom Support Email or Chat lines...
    (Monday to Friday Normal Office Hours)
    Chat… Will be available during Normal Office Hours
    Email… Will be available outside of Normal Office Hours
