TomTom GO520 no new map ?

Hello,
I just purchased a new TomTom GO520 model 4PN50 (even if it's an old model). Impossible to update the liftime map, by WiFi ou USB. It was well specified on the box: lifetime maps.
It get stuck on an old 2018 map : 10:11
The TomTom website propode to BUY a newer map.
What can I do to get a newer map for free, as stated on the box?

    It does not seem to me that there are poi with mechanical winding?
    you can add your personal poi file.

    Is the device one of the old NAV2 GO 520 devices (EoL= End of Life)
    Or one of the later Wi-Fi Connected GO 520 devices ???

    What are the 1st 2 characters of the serial number ??? The two letters define the Tomtom Model....

    It's an ZN.... with WiFi and BlueTooth. With lifetime World maps, radars etc.
    Just bought it, it was an expo model in a car store.
