Speed camera world services are not activated on my account

I have purchased speed camera world 1 year and Speed cameras were not working today and I had an alert saying I needed to "renew" before my next trip. When I checked my account online it also said my speed camera update service was expired. How do I get this corrected by TomTom?

If your 1-year subscription seems normal to you that you are asked to renew it?
