Why is my order saying that it is captured

I paid for the map and the cameras and it is now saying captured even thought the money has gotten taken out of my account

    At the time of purchase, did you fill in the identifiers (email address) of your account.

    BLUE&ME TOMTOM 2 did you buy the map with Tomtom home?

    if it is on the site have you checked that the map is compatible with your GPS?
