My Mac uses the Apple M1 chip and has MacOS 12.3 installed. Just downloaded the allegedly latest version of TomTom Home for Mac to get map updates for my Mazda dashboard sat nav, which I've paid for until September 2022. The app starts then stops with no indication of what the problem is, and I haven't yet found a solution. Would welcome any help!

Have you installed the correct software for M1 computers? We have two installers.

Thanks Jurgen - yes: the one for the M1 chip. Installation gives me version 2.22.0.27 and I've also installed JDK 180152 from the prerequisites folder on the installer. I've tried opening it again - starts to load and then shuts down as above.0

There's nothing I can test since my Mac still uses an Intel chip.
I had moved your post to a stand-alone thread in the HOME board of our forum but it looks like no-one has a solution. I will turn your post into a support incident as it probably needs to get escalated to 2nd Line.0 -
