Europe Truck map update

Hello, my Tomtom Go professional 620 will not update Erope Truck map but instead I'm being offered updates for car maps. When I go to updates and new items is showing that my tomtom is up to date but Europe truck map is still not updated.

Do you have the 10.80 truck map installed on the GPS.
if so 10.82 does not concern you.

Hi, its Europe TRUCK v1020.9257 which I could not get un update for past 3 years but instead I'm offered updates for car map Europe v1082.11275

Hello Vikram,

Thanks for your message. I just came back from work and reset my device as per instructions however the is no new updates avialble and is showing a message that my Tomtom Go professional 620 is up to date.

The services are showing activated on our side, perhaps another soft reset and try again?
