Hi my go premium was working fine then the screen just went black. Charging cable was still connected. Now it won’t turn on at all or turn on with charge cable please help

Charge the device using an AC charger. then
Press the on/off button until you hear the sound of the tamtam and the device restarts.0 -
Willy I’ve got it connected to the plug socket
( iPhone usb plug) nothing still happening. My device is only a few months old.0 -
If pressing the on/off button until you hear the drum sound and the device restarts does not work, your device is warranted
contact customer service for assistance.0 -
Contacted customer services and the number it gave me just says sorry you have Dialed an incorrect number. I pressed the button that put the number up 😂 I’m not impressed with them after that. But thanks for trying to help me Willy0

Thank you but I think the link is buggy as when I press the link it just swipes passed the page two pages tbh and just stops on the tomtom discussion page0
