Losing connection to traffic

Similar to others, tomtom52, samsung 9. Losing connection to traffic/mydrive. Suggestions? It used to work.

    It's the go52. It works for about 2 min when I leave my house. I've had this more then 5 yrs. Helped a lot around NJ GSP during summer or concerts.

    Try to factory reset the device.
