620 Lifetime Maps and Speed Cameras not recognised

I have a nearly new 620 which should include lifetime maps and speed camera updates. Speed cameras were not working today and I had an alert saying I needed to "renew" before my next trip. When I checked my account online it also said my maps update service would expire next month. Both maps and speed cameras should be "lifetime" subscriptions included with this device. How do I get this corrected by TomTom?

    The device should also have lifetime world maps; not just Europe.

    I have a new GO 620 with payed lifetime service of maps, traffic and speed camera... but speed camera service on device is not lifetime, date of expire is 21/04/2022... but it's lifetime payed! Is possible to fix it?

    I purchased two new GO 520s through Amazon, which were described as having world maps and speed cameras for life. However, I can only see European maps and the speed cameras are described as expiring in April 2022. Please help.
