Start 20 and Central Europe 1080

Hi, i got quite a problem with my Start 20 device. I bought Central Europe 10.80 yesterday, and payment status is completed, but overall status is pending. I got no new maps in Mydriveconnect:( I can't contact anyone from tomtom, no chat, no responding to emails, no phone number. I need to start my travel soon, and i cant use the navigation properly. Is there anyone that cares about customer support? or we just need to chargeback, and buy device from different producer?

    If the purchase is correct wait a bit I think that during the day your card will be available on your account.

    My problem was solved, thx to Sarah from support. But she had to manually add my device s/n to the system. Is it a standard? i was thinking its connected to thepayment, and you get access instantly... Anyways, Thx Willy for the respond!

    At the time of purchase, you must select the GPS account for which you are purchasing the map.
