My Drive Connect on Mac

I want to connect my Go Expert 7 navigation to My Drive Connect application on MacBook. After log in, it just shows the device for a few seconds, but there is not a "menu" line as it is shown on the support videos. I cannot see "My device", "My content" and "My account" links. Do you know please, what to do? Is the problem in PC system? In navigation device, or in app? Thank you all for a help.

    The GO Expert is designed to be used without the need to connect to a PC. For example you cannot download the Maps or updates to them connected to a PC. You should be able to do everything without the need for a PC by logging the dvcii into your Wifi. What are you wanting to connect it to the PC for?
