TomTom Go Premium Camper map

I have ordered Camper Maps for my device TomTom Go Premium, But it is not shown in the lsit for my device, but it seams to be connected to an old device in the list.
Please move it to the right device

It seems to me that the Camper card is not compatible with the Go premium.

This forum is a Users forum and not a direct link to TT Customer Support. You will need to contact CS to resolve which device the map should be allocated too. Be aware that TT have said they don't support Camper Maps on any devices other than Camper Units. I assume you cannot see the map listed in Maps/Add a Map or in Updates and New Items

Try the following:-

Tap Support at the top of this page
You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
Support Box appears and at the bottom with a message option
Type Contact or Chat in the box
If Chat is available, only during normal working hours Mon/Fri, you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message

If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.
