Europe v10.75 and Start 20

Can anyone explain why, having bought the Europe v10.75 map, - clearly visible in my account it is not available to update to my Start 20 in Mydrive Connect?

    If you bought the card recently, you have to wait a bit.

    did you select the Start 20 account at the time of purchase?


    It is on the Tomtom site that you bought the map the latest version is 10.80

    Thanks very much for your help Willy.
    The purchase was in Nov so time should not be the issue.
    Not sure if we selected the Start 20 account though. Is there a way to check?

    Be aware that due to the size of the latest map you will need a 16Gb micro SDHC memory card to put it on

    Welcome to the community! I couldn't find any active services that provide map updates..
    I would advise getting in touch with our customer service team along with the order number to sort out the subscriptions.
