How to send planned route from the website route planner to my Start 20 tomtom device?

in Devices using MyDrive Connect
I am using the website to plan some routes. https://mydrive.tomtom.com/en_gb/

I then click on "send route to device" but nothing happens.
How can I solve this?

    The Mydrive route planner is not compatible with your Start 20.

    Oh!

    When I open the MyDrive Connect application on my computer it shows a button saying "plan your route easily" and when I click on it it goes to https://mydrive.tomtom.com/.

    So, there is no way to plan a route and send it to my Start 20 device in advance?
