GPRS no connection

good afternoon, finally got my navigator tom tom 6250, but it turned out that gprs does not work. I tried everything that is recommended here, but without results. I saw a video on YouTube that the problem may be in the oxidation of seven maps. Help.

    I've been trying to get support for days, but when I use the links above, it says I have to login, and when I click on login it says; This page isn’t working If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
    HTTP ERROR 400

    It simply isn't possible to get in touch with anyone from the customer services, just unhelpful chatbot, FAQs, and trying to get an answer here.

    Why would that work?
    Having said that, it was one of the first things I did.
    Are you saying that when you go to your own links, and try to login as required, you don't get error 400?

    Did you get any response to your question? Have you discovered how to contact customer services? A person, rather than FAQs, chatbot, or forum?

    How do we do that? How do we get in touch with our customer service team to review the SIM status?

    Hi @UltegraDi2

    Try the following tomorrow during normal working hours :-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Support Box appears and at the bottom with a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message. I would suggest you concentrate on using Chat.

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    The links are working fine without any errors

    Delete cookies on the computer.

    How many more times...............done it...........live chat not there..............and so on and so on and so on......

    I have just tried it on my IPhone by Tapping Support at the top of this Topics page. When I signed in as I suggested I got a red message icon bottom right instead of the Contact Us icon presumably because it is out of hours for Chat. I typed Contact in box and was offered the option to Email which I processed through as far as being able to type message.

    I will check tomorrow if Chat facility appears.

    What other browsers have you tried and do you get Error 400 with all of them?

    Hi all,today i came to Poland and ON my tom tom,he start to work,sim card now active.In support told me,in Ukraine this sim card cant work.Im happy,now i can use normal navigation.Thx support for help.
