Never got a qcode to connect phone to tomtom

Hi I have a go expert it is up and running but when I go into my drive it tells me device is not in range it is connected to my phone but never received a qcode to make it access from my drive

If you are logged in to your account to mydrive on the expert, then that's all you need to do. No need of a qr code. The purpose is only to sync routes and places0 -
I am logged into my account but when I try to send from my phone to tomtom it won't send it over. So can't use smart phone mess or hands free.0

Welcome to the Site....
Wi-Fi out of range errors....
Are usually caused by the Wi-Fi Channel in use on your Router, being swamped by nearby Routers using the same channel....
If your Router is 'say' using 2.4 GHz Channel 11 and other nearby Routers are also using 2.4 GHz Channel 11, then the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Channel 11 can/will get overloaded....
Try unplugging your Router wait 30 seconds restart your Router....
