TomTom GO 40 Doesn't boot after update

Hi

Last weekend I was trying to update my TomTom Go 40 to the latest version of the software, but afterwards it doesn't boot anymore. I fully loaded the device, keeps pushing the power button doesn't do anything. When I connect the device with a computer, the computer doesn't recognise it anymore.

Please help me, what can I do to get this device back to life?

Try to uninstall Mydrive connect and then reinstall it.

To restart the GPS, try holding the button down for several minutes.

Thank you for your feedback, I hold the power button for at least 3 minutes, but it has no effect. After 10-15 sec the disappears and 10-15 sec it is back, and this is looping after 3 minutes.

Do you have an idea what I can do else?

It keeps ont the TomTom logo screen and go futher

No, but I have a additional memorycard that I can use. I tried to boot it with a memory card, but the result keeps the same. I only get the display with the TomTom logo no other screens or sounds or...
