Hi
Last weekend I was trying to update my TomTom Go 40 to the latest version of the software, but afterwards it doesn't boot anymore. I fully loaded the device, keeps pushing the power button doesn't do anything. When I connect the device with a computer, the computer doesn't recognise it anymore.
Please help me, what can I do to get this device back to life?

Hi
Try to uninstall Mydrive connect and then reinstall it.
To restart the GPS, try holding the button down for several minutes.0 -
Hi Willy875
Thank you for your feedback, I hold the power button for at least 3 minutes, but it has no effect. After 10-15 sec thedisappears and 10-15 sec it is back, and this is looping after 3 minutes.
Do you have an idea what I can do else?
