Mobile radars in Spain

I have a Tomtom Go Premium X when I detect a mobile radar I indicate it and immediately tell the tomtom to go through the same place again and it does not warn me of the presence of the mobile radar. Is it possible that this happens because in Spain the speed camera alert service is only available for fixed speed cameras because it is illegal to warn of mobile speed cameras?

    For Tomtom to report it again, several users must also report it
    the radar are reported for 3 hours.
