I do not receive you mail with link to prolong live services

Via my account I ordered and additional year live services for my Blue&Me2 but I did not receive the email with the link for payment. I did check junkmail but it is not there either. How can I proceed? I would like to continue using live services.
BTW: please do something about your contact page: it is not working
