Unable to reinstall map

Hi,

I have two Tomtom Start 25 devices.
On the first device I uninstalled everything and was able to reinstall the newest map.

On the second device I also uninstalled everything but there is no map showing in the app to reinstall.
Now I am stuck with a device without a map.

Is there a possibility to install (at least an outdated) map on this devices because otherwise it is now bricked?!

    Hi Bastian,
    Welcome to the community!
    The embedded map update service for the device was not activated. My team has done some changes in the backend, could you check for updates please?

    I am having a similar problem, I originally had the maps for the whole of Europe, somehow I have managed to lose everything except for the Eastern Zone and cannot get the original maps back.
