TT GO 600 updating over and over and over again ???

After connecting the GO 600 to TT Conect, the message "Update, do not disconnect the device" appears immediately.
Device updating is displayed on the computer screen and the update starts 1% (1h 22min) passes 1 min and suddenly it is 97% (2min) I wait a moment and start over and over and over again. Recently I waited for almost 2 hours, nothing helped.
- Device reset and file rebuild was done.
- TTConnect localfolder has been cleared
- reinstallation of the program was
- checking on another computer was
3 different people in the chat gave me similar solutions and nothing works.
Anyone else have any idea?

Welcome to the community!
Could you untick the option to download updates to the computer first and see if the installation works?
MyDrive Connect > Settings > Downloads

Or this could be related to a network or a firewall/antivirus restriction...
