I have purchased a map but this map does appear in account & cannot be transferred
I purchased a map and have the receipt email but it does not show on the account. The status remains "in progress".
What is to do?
With so many working from home it is taking longer for some orders to be allocated to the relevant account.
If it has not been allocated soon then you need to contact TT Customer Support via Chat.

Once signed in Tap Contact us bottom right
Type Chat or Contact in message box
If Chat is available then you can start a conversation with a TT employee.
Customer Service is working on it.
They suggest that the link to the device was missing.
I hope for a solution soon!
