Hi, My Tom Tom XL (Use it for the USA), now showing as problem with map any suggestions or ideas?

Plugged into laptop to update and check and now shows with a - You cannot use this map on this device: United_States-101377

    Welcome to the community! The map has been reactivated for your TomTom, remove the existing map first and then download a fresh version offered as an update in TomTom HOME.

    Hi Vikram, thanks for the support, I really appreciate it. Unfortunately on the install to internal memory it’s now showing as - Item not valid after installation: United_States_2GB any further suggestions?
