    Yes, thats a known issue with some devices and Computer voices.
    TomTom could not fix it til now.. Reset and recoverymode does only help sometimes for a short time :'(

    Hi @Minchon

    Removing and reinstalling the same voice using MyDrive Connect could help fix the issue. For Wi-Fi devices : (Connect device to MyDrive Connect > Go to My Content > My Voices > select Uninstall next to the voice that is not working (eg: Monica ) > Now on device itself > Main menu > Updates and New Items/Settings > Device shows a spinning wheel and voice will be removed.

    Now to install the same voice again, go back to MyDrive Connect > voice > Add voice to your device>>> Here they have to go back on device> click on Updates and New Items....> the update will start

    Once installed, do a soft reset and test the voice.

    I have the same problem: computer voices don't work. In my case "Ellen" (Vlaams / Flemish) or Xander (Dutch). Just followed the steps here above and still no computer voices working

    I have the same problem: computer voices don't work. In my case "Ellen" (Vlaams / Flemish) or Xander (Dutch). I followed the steps here above, MyDrive Connect refuses to remove the computer voice from my Rider, so I also can't re-install.
    Especially when riding my motorbike I find it important that I can get as much spoken instructions as there are available.
    I am a bit disappointed that there seems to be no reaction on how to solve this problem since January 15th.

    Just received my new Premium, but none of the computer voices work. I followed the instructions to uninstall and then reinstall Serena. But it didn't work. I clicked on uninstall on Mydrive, then went to the PND and selected settings/update. I got the spinning wheel but it then said update failed and Serena is still on my device and still not working. (same issue with Malcolm)

    if the voice is still on device then are you sure it was removed?
