    How do I get the voice instructions to work? Everything turned on right. "Serena" speaks at the start of the journey - then nothing. I'm spending time looking at the screen instead of the road.

    Hi @Kwaitang

    When you Tap the menu button and get the screen with the Sounder on it has the Voice icon on the Righthand end of the volume bar got a line through it. If it has Tap the icon and remove the line and then the Voice instructions should be on a Computerised Voice selected then select Visual, sound and verbal.

    Hi @JEDDUNN

    Try charging the unit for 2 hours using an Apple or similar phone mains charger that accepts the units USB cable. Then press and hold in the on/off button until you hear a drumroll sound then let button go.
