I have tom tom premium tie with internal sim card.
I can't connect to live function and my drive via sim card.
I took it in under warranty and they put in a new sim card.
it worked for 5 minutes and then I contacted customer service again this afternoon and they said they had made adjustments to the sim card.
but still no connection via sim card to live function.
Connected via wifi or mobile phone, live works well.
I took this GPS especially to not consume any data. What else could matter?

    I see they made some changes in the backend. Not much of a troubleshooting advice we can offer on a public forum if it's a SIM connectivity issue.
