Start 52 Map Update Difficulty

I have the Start 52 device and want to update my map, I currently have version v1011.9039 for UK and RoI. That is 44 months old. MyDrive Connect can see the Start 52 just fine but doesn't show any updated maps to download. I have tried Soft Resets, clicked Clear Cache, Emptied the downloads folder. I have tried it with MyDrive Connect on a Macbook and I have tried it with MyDrive Connect on a Mac. All to no avail. I am out of ideas. Can anyone suggest what might be the issue?

I managed to download the map after checking for updates as advised. Alas, the device now shows "No Maps Available" whilst the My Connect app says it is Installed. I note that there is a support video showing what to do when this happens. I have follwed the video several times. To no avail. This is all very frustrating. I am inclined to give up for today, it has already taken 2 hours of the morning. I think updating a map should not be this difficult.
