Qr code will not scan

I have tried two different mobiles and uninstalled app several times my phone meets the spec for my drive app but still the QR code will not scan

Welcome to the site....
My iPhone scans the QR Code OK...
It's just an easy link to the App store to download the 'Tomtom 'MyDrive' App....
Couldn't you simply download the Tomtom 'MyDrive App' from the Apple App Store or Google App Store ???
