Purchased map does not appear in my account

I purchased and paid for a world map and it does not appear in my account and under my maps to be uploaded.

    Hi @monnierguy

    I suggest that you contact Customer Support if the range of maps buying the world maps offers does not appear soon. It is taking longer for some orders to be added to the relevant account with so many of the TT personal working from home.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Support Box appears and at the bottom with a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message
    I recommend you use Chat.
    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    Well I tried, but I am in Switzerland and I do not have access to any human chat box only to this stupid robot "Chatbot" who does not understand my question!
    So how to access a human at TomTom to answer my question?

    The world map may not be compatible with your device?

    Or the purchased card has not been assigned to the correct account, verify the email address?
