Hello,
I have tried so many different things but my TomTom device is not connecting to my laptop and I am unable to get it connected to myDrive Connect. Please could anyone help to rectify this issue?

I have tried everything on that page and still cant get it to connect to my macbook.0 -
Can I please ask what you mean by what is my GPS?

Did you get this sorted? I have suddenly started having the same problem. I’ve tried several different USB cables and all four ports on my PC. The cables seem ok, inasmuch as the TomTom (a Via 135) tells me it’s charging, but it just won’t connect to the App. I’ve restarted my TomTom a couple of times, and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The only thing I haven’t done is i install the drivers, as I can’t find them anywhere on my PC.0
