Help! After update I cannot use the map

I’ve updated my Tom Tom using the home app and now it gives me the error: problem with map. You can not use map on this device. Please help.

If you bought the map you can delete it on your Carminat and on your computer via Tomtom home you download it again.1

I’ve tried to delet it, restored it, still the same.
The carminat Tom Tom live was purchased with the car. It’s the sat nav of a Renault Megan 30 -

Welcome to the community! I don't see a device linked to your TomTom account you are using on our community. Have you set up the device under a different account?
Could you send me the serial number of your device through a private message, please?

You get a pop up where it’s asking you if you want to link your device with the account and you have the option to proceed or cancel it.0 -
