Start 20 HELP update

in Devices using MyDrive Connect
I have a TomTom 20. The device has lifetime updates but I cannot install the map. I connect to my computer, run MD Connect, download maps and during installation I get the error "oops something went wrong" and it keeps on going. I have cleaned the download folder several times and reset the device according to the instructions, but the problem is still the same. Please help.o8ismcqvrukl.png

    Try with a different cable.
    Firewalls, antiviruses can interfere with downloading.

    Firewall and antivirus disabled. I tried on 2 different original cables and 2 replacements, on 4 different computers and still the same problem
