Hi all - i am spending a lot of time to get my TTRider 550 connected withTTMyDrive and share the POI on my other TTDevices:
Rider40 and Rider400.
Those are shown as my devices in TTMyDrive and TT webpage with my account.
Does not matter, how i connect the Rider550 (WLAN or cable), it is shown nowhere - even if connected .
Any ideas? Try since hours, no result - but i want a backup and correct some POIs....

Have you checked that your 550 pilot is connected with the same credentials on Mydrive.

As far as i understood - it is the same account i type in TTR550 as in the other devices, same password as well....

Are you logged into MyDrive on the Rider 550 ???
Rider 4xx Check... Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Tomtom services --> MyDrive....
Rider 5xx Check... Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> MyDrive....

Merry Christmas - that slowed me down a bit.
I THINK the 550 is in mydrive.
When I click "download maps" it wants the password again,
but after that nothing happens.
Can do that endless....
(Mapupdates no problem!)

To download the maps, it is from your runner that you have to launch the updates.

That one works, but I cannot see my POIs or get them to the other TomTom devices....
