My Go Discover looses traffic after about 5 minutes of a route

My GO Discover has an active Traffic subscription, shown on the device & on MyDrive Connect. It shows connected to my iPhone with Bluetooth and Hotspot active. The BT dataplan is active and the traffic is connected for about 3 or 4 miles (5 or 6 minutes) and then shows with a cross against it. I've done a reset twice but I can't get the traffic to continue longer than that. Pete.

Welcome to the community! Is your iPhone also connected to another device/car speakers/other Bluetooth devices at the same time?

A good idea. I disconnected Nissan Connect for my Qashquai but still the same problem. I wonder if it's phone related & not TomTom? Pete.
