My GO Supreme 6" unexpectedly stopped working while driving yesterday.

I tried the soft reset,after charging the device for more than 2 hours but all I got after pressing the on/off button was the battery image in red. I don't know what else to do.

    What did you use t charge the battery. I would recommend using an Apple iPhone or similar Mains Charger Plug that will accept the USB cable. If you connected it to a USB socket on a computer etc the charger is only about 0.5 amps which is not enough to run and keep the battery charged. If you did not then try charging it with a phones mains charger, with the TT unit Off and after 2 hours plus then Press and Hold In the On/Off button for 20 seconds plus until you hear the Drumroll sound then let the button go.
