Could this work? 2015 RENAULT MEGANE GT LINE SAT NAV / HEAD UNIT TOMTOM I believe it's an rlink and looks as though it's positioned the same.

@Qudus that's exactly R-Link. You won't do it yourself. I can do though it takes time and money and you need 3 pieces from the same car (1 and 3 MUST be from the same car, they are paired):
1. Satnav
2. Radio
3. TCU module (for live services)

GPS R-link 1 not sure that the wiring is the same as on Carminat GPS?
