Lifetime Speed Camera on Rider 550

Hello,

I received my new Rider 550 today.
When I bought the Rider 550 it said it comes with lifetime map updates and speed camera updates.
I don't know yet whether the camera notification works, but I get a message in TomTom MyDrive that I have to take out a subscription to receive speed camera notifications.
How do I get the 'lifetime' speed camera notifications to work?

    Welcome to the community! I suppose you are referring to the RIDER model serial number ending 793. I reviewed the subscription status and all of them are valid for the lifetime of the device.

    The updates for speed cameras are released twice every week- Tuesday and Thursday. I would recommend doing a soft reset and then testing the device on a planned route.

    It is indeed about the RIDER model ending in 793.
    I will do a soft reset tomorrow and then test the device.
