New TomTom Go Essential - Traffic will expire in Jan 2022

Hello everybody,
I got a new TomTom Go Essential last week and in the MyDrive App as well as on the device there´s a message shown, that Traffic will expire on Jan 7th 2022 although it is announced to be lifetime supported for free.
I did a reset of the device, but the problem still exists.

Can somebody please help me? Other post in these discussions show, that maybe a TomTom employee can fix these special issues.
